PORTER v OGDEN, NEWELL & WELCH, 99-2289

District court erred in holding that a legal malpractice action against the defendants had not accrued under Florida law because no injury had occurred, since plaintiffs did suffer a concrete injury for expenses they incurred to remedy defendant's alleged malpractice.
