Under 28 USC 1930(a)(6), the United States Trustee may collect post-confirmation quarterly fees from a Chapter 11 reorganized debtor based upon the total sum of all disbursements the debtor makes and not just payments made by the debtor pursuant to its confirmed plan of reorganization.
