HARRY v. MARCHANT, 99-13205

Failure to conduct ventilation perfusion scan on emergency room patient diagnosed with pneumonia and possible sepsis or pulmonary embolism does not violate the medical screening provision of the Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act, 42 USC 1395dd, where patient recieved other medical screening and ICU treatment.
