In a case dealing with the federal registration statute, 28 U.S.C. section 1963, which permits plaintiffs to take a judgment entered in one federal district court and register it in another, the district court's judgment is reversed where, as a question of first impression in this Circuit, a registered judgment may itself be registered in yet another district.
