US v. Wayne, 09-1015
In a wire fraud prosecution, the supervised release conditions imposed by the district court upon defendant are affirmed where 1) the district court did not deprive defendant of liberty more than was reasonably necessary to provide her with needed medical care or other correctional treatment; and 2) the release of defendant's prior medical records was reasonably necessary to ensure compliance with the initial supervised release condition.
