Utah Animal Rights Coal. v. Salt Lake, 07-4275

In a 42 U.S.C. section 1983 action alleging that Defendants stopped Plaintiffs from protesting a circus due to Plaintiffs' failure to obtain a permit, summary judgment for Defendants is affirmed where Plaintiffs failed to show a causal connection between Defendant county employees' conduct and the disbanding of the demonstration.
