Neiberger v. Fed Ex Ground Package Sys., Inc., 07-1504

In a personal injury action arising out of a car accident, judgment for Defendant is affirmed, where: 1) the District Court did not abuse its discretion in admitting expert causation testimony under Daubert; and 2) Plaintiff failed to show how any alleged deficiencies in the expert's report prejudiced her.
