In an action under the Individuals with Disabilities in Education Act (IDEA) alleging that Defendant board of education failed to adequately remedy Plaintiff's reading disabilities, summary judgment for Defendant is affirmed where evidence of Defendant's failure to provide "books on tape" to other students was irrelevant to Plaintiff's case.
