US v. James, 08-1292

The restitution order imposed as part of Defendant's wire fraud sentence is affirmed in part and reversed in part where: 1) the foreclosure price of the property at issue was a fair reflection of the victim's loss; but 2) the amount ordered exceeded the amount of one of the loans at issue.
