In a Title VII action alleging discriminatory employment testing procedures, summary judgment for Defendant is affirmed where: 1) Plaintiff failed to explain how the test at issue favored men over women; and 2) there was no evidence that the panel who interviewed her harbored discriminatory attitudes.
