J.R. Simplot Co. v. Chevron Pipeline Co., 07-4074

In an action for failure to indemnify Plaintiff under two sales agreements, summary judgment for Plaintiff is affirmed in part, where the agreements unambiguously required Defendant to pay Plaintiff's attorney's fees, but reversed in part, where the District Court failed to assess the reasonableness of the fee request.
