Martinez v. Beggs, 08-6042

In a 42 U.S.C. section 1983 alleging indifference to an arrestee's medical needs, summary judgment for Defendants is affirmed, where there was no evidence that the arresting officers should have known that Defendant was at risk for a heart attack.
