Ripley v. Wyo. Med. Ctr., 08-8015

In a 42 U.S.C. section 1983 action based on Defendant-Hospital's denial of Plaintiff's admitting privileges, summary judgment for Defendant is affirmed, where a state statute at most only gave Plaintiff a state-law interest in consideration for admission to the hospital's medical staff.
