Ritchie v. Lockheed Martin Corp., 07-1295

In a qui tam action alleging fraud by Defendant in billing the government, summary judgment for Defendant is affirmed, where Plaintiff released her claims, and the federal interests served by enforcing releases signed after disclosure to the federal government outweigh the interests served by not enforcing them.
