In an action against defendant alleging fraud, breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duty with respect to various oil and gas investments defendant made on plaintiff's behalf, grant of a preliminary injunction seeking record title to the various oil and gas investments is affirmed where the magistrate judge did not err in weighing the factors for such relief.
