US v. Wilfong, 07-6214

An above-guidelines sentence for charges arising from a bomb threat defendant made against an Air Force Base, which resulted in a building's evacuation for several hours, is affirmed where the restitution defendant agreed to pay in his plea could properly include compensation for the employee work hours lost as a result of the evacuation.
