US v. Dennis, 08-8000
A sentence for being a felon in possession of a firearm is remanded for resentencing where defendant's prior state conviction for knowingly taking immodest, immoral or indecent liberties with a minor, Wyo. Stat. section 14-3-105 (1997) (repealed 2007), did not constitute a prior "crime of violence" as defined in U.S.S.G. section 4B1.2.
