Rohrbough v. Harris, 07-1186, 07-1202

In cases arising out of the 1999 shootings at Columbine High School, the circuit court rules that the district court correctly: 1) found that depositions of the parents of the two shooters constitute records subject to the requirements of the Federal Records Act; and 2) declined to lift protective orders covering the depositions to allow an expert in youth violence to review them.
