United States Tenth Circuit

Cowan v. Astrue, 07-6236

Denial of an application for social security disability insurance benefits is affirmed where the decision of the ALJ was supported by substantial evidence and the law was properly applied, contrary to claims that the ALJ erred by: 1) failing to find that claimant suffered from a severe mental impairment; 2) formulating an residual functional capacity (RFC) determination that failed to include all of claimant's limitations; and 3) failing to conduct a proper credibility determination.
