Hukill v. Oklahoma Native Am. Domestic Violence Coalition, 07-5168
In an action brought by a former employee terminated by defendants, denial of defendants' motion to set aside a default judgment in favor of plaintiff is reversed and remanded where plaintiff did not properly serve defendants, and thus, the district court did not have personal jurisdiction over them and was required to set aside the default judgment.
