In an action raising claims of racial discrimination and retaliation under 42 U.S.C. section 1981 brought by plaintiff-black female who sought employment as a police officer, summary judgment for defendant-Denver is affirmed where plaintiff failed to produce sufficient evidence to survive summary judgment on the issues of whether the alleged discrimination and retaliation she experienced were wrought by a municipal custom.
