United States Tenth Circuit

Seegmiller v. Laverkin City, 07-4096

In a police officer's action alleging, inter alia, a violation of her substantive due process rights, summary judgment for defendant is affirmed where defendant-municipality's decision to privately reprimand her for her off-duty sexual conduct did not violate the Constitution because the reprimand was reasonably related to police department policies.
