US v. Pikyavit, 07-4113
A conviction and sentence for possession of ammunition after police, at defendant's invitation while he was in jail, visited his home and entered the premises even though the door was locked is affirmed over claims that defendant's consent to the search of his home did not extend to a situation in which his home's doors were locked or to any other rooms in his house besides the kitchen and the living room.
