Hinds v. Sprint/United Management, Co., No. 07-3027
In a wrongful termination action alleging age discrimination and retaliation against plaintiff for complaining of age discrimination, summary judgment for defendant is affirmed where: 1) plaintiff failed to establish a triable question of pretext about the reasons for his discharge; and 2) he failed to present evidence from which a reasonable jury could infer a retaliatory motive for his termination.
