Denial of Social Security disability insurance benefits for plaintiff is remanded for further proceedings where: 1) the evidence considered by the ALJ was an inadequate basis for a determination, one way or the other, as to plaintiff's alleged mental impairment; and 2) 20 C.F.R. section 404.1512(e) required the ALJ to seek additional available records that may clarify the extent of the alleged disability.
