In a prosecution for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, denial of defendants' motions to suppress where: 1) defendant-passenger lacked standing to challenge defendant-driver's stop; 2) both defendants lacked standing to challenge a search of certain duffle bags; 3) officers' stop of defendant-driver was justified; and 4) defendant-driver waived challenges as to the length and scope of his stop.
