Stein v. Disciplinary Bd. of the State of New Mexico, 06-2188

In a dispute between plaintiffs, attorney and law firm, and the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of New Mexico, dismissal of plaintiffs' claims is affirmed where: 1) defendant-Board's Chief Disciplinary Counsel's actions in a matter involving plaintiffs' advertising did not infringe any constitutionally protected interest of plaintiffs; and 2) all other actions of the defendants at issue were absolutely privileged.
