US v. Fields, 05-7128
Defendant's death sentences for killing two individuals in a national forest are affirmed where: 1) the U.S. properly exercised its concurrent territorial jurisdiction to prosecute defendant for murdering the victims on national forest land; and 2) no reversible error occurred in the proceedings.
