New England Health Care Employees Pension Fund v. Woodruff, 06-1482

In an appeal brought by the former CEO and CFO of Qwest, approval of a class action settlement in a securities fraud case, which did not include the CEO and CFO, is remanded for the district court to make appropriate findings and conclusions with respect to their objections to the settlement.
