US v. Burkley, 07-6000
Defendant's conviction and sentence for drug- and firearm-related offenses, as well as an order of forfeiture, are affirmed over claims that: 1) the district court erred in denying his suppression motion; 2) the court erred in denying his motion to sever one count from others; 3) there was insufficient evidence to support his convictions on two counts; 4) the court erred in denying a motion for judgment of acquittal; and 5) the judgment of forfeiture should be set aside.
