United States Tenth Circuit

US v. Collins, 07-7018

A sentence for possession of cocaine base and marijuana, which resulted after the government rejected an offer to plea to simple possession, is affirmed over a claim that the district court erred in denying him a reduction in offense level for acceptance of responsibility under U.S.S.G. section 3E1.1(a).
