United States Tenth Circuit
Jones, Waldo, Holbrook & McDonough v. Cade, 07-4008
In an appeal arising from a settlement agreement between defendant and a bank in which defendant became entitled to a $1,750,000 award, an order denying defendant's Motion to Enforce Court's Final Judgment in an interpleader action is affirmed over a claim that the district court erred when it denied his motion and held that the order in the interpleader action had not extinguished defendant's outstanding tax liabilities to the government.
