Comm. on the Conduct of Attorneys v. Oliver, 07-4097

Rulings suspending an attorney from the practice of law in the federal courts of Utah for one year, followed by a three-year probation period, and entering an order of public reprimand are affirmed where the proceedings leading to the attorney's suspension were in conformance with the Constitution, and the underlying findings and conclusions were supported by sufficient evidence.
