United States Tenth Circuit

US v. Hamilton, 06-5231

Denial of defendant's motion to withdraw his guilty plea and his sentence for drug-related offenses are affirmed where: 1) because defendant did not establish a fair and just reason for withdrawal, he failed to show that the district court abused its discretion by acting unjustly or unfairly in denying his motion to withdraw his guilty plea; and 2) there was no error with regard to the sentence.
