United States Tenth Circuit

In a suit against the government to enforce a settlement agreement plaintiff reached with the Department of the Interior on his disability discrimination claim, dismissal of the action is affirmed as Congress did not consent to being sued by federal employees to enforce settlement agreements reached as a result of Title VII discrimination claims, and thus, the district court lacked jurisdiction over the suit.
