US v. Baker, 07-3002

A conviction and sentence for being a felon in possession of ammunition is affirmed where: 1) the jury did not have to be instructed on defendant's proposed "innocent possession" defense; and 2) 18 U.S.C. section 921(a)(20) of the Armed Career Criminal Act does not contemplate a "conviction-specific" approach to its application.
