Cummings v. Sirmons, 06-7091

In a death penalty case, denial of habeas relief is affirmed over claims of error regarding: 1) ineffective assistance of trial and appellate counsel; 2) admission of uncorroborated testimony of accomplices; 3) misjoinder; and 4) the refusal of the trial court to instruct the jury on the credibility of accomplice testimony.
