US v. Mancera-Perez, 06-2059

A sentence for illegal reentry into the U.S. by an alien previously deported for an aggravated felony is affirmed where: 1) defendant invited any error regarding the length of his sentence, although the court does not find that there was any such error; and 2) other claims made for the first time on appeal were waived.
