Jarvis v. Potter, 06-4090
In an action under the Vocational Rehabilitation Act brought by an individual terminated from his position at the United States Postal Service because of concerns about the danger he posed to coworkers, summary judgment for the postal service on claims of discrimination and retaliation is affirmed in part, but reversed in part as to certain components of plaintiff's retaliation claims that were not addressed below.
