Montes v. Vail Clinic, Inc., 05-1385
In an action brought by eight former hospital employees raising Title VII claims, summary judgment for defendant is affirmed where: 1) five plaintiffs failed to establish that they filed timely Title VII charges with the federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission; and 2) three other plaintiffs failed to set forth facts from which a reasonable jury could find a violation of Title VII.
