United States Tenth Circuit

US v. Karam, 06-8056

A conviction and sentence for possession with intent to distribute marijuana is affirmed over claims of error that the district court erred in: 1) denying a motion to suppress all evidence seized from defendant's vehicle, which argued he was unlawfully detained in violation of the Fourth Amendment; and 2) determining defendant qualified as a career offender pursuant to U.S.S.G. section 4B1.1(a).
