United States Tenth Circuit

Williams v. W.D. Sports, N.M., Inc., 05-2127

In a suit brought by several female former employees against a minor league hockey team and various of its managers alleging sexual harassment and various other Title VII and state law claims, a judgment pursuant to a jury verdict for defendants on all counts is reversed in part and remanded as to one plaintiff's retaliation claim where, under recent Supreme Court precedent, a reasonable jury could find that the employer took an action that well might dissuade an objectively reasonable worker from making or supporting a charge of discrimination.
