Appeal of a district court order granting a petition to return a child to England pursuant to the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction is dismissed as moot where an English court's issuance of a new custody order effectively stripping appellant of her custodial rights in the child prevents the court from granting appellant any effectual relief.
