Ward v. Anderson, 06-8014

In a suit alleging violations of the Due Process Clause during an investigation into a childcare facility, summary judgment for defendants is affirmed where plaintiffs failed to demonstrate a violation of either procedural or substantive due process and the government employees involved in the investigation were entitled to qualified immunity.
