United States Tenth Circuit
Alvarado v. KOB-TV, L.L.C., 06-2001
In a suit brought by two former undercover police officers against a television station for broadcasting their identities and their undercover status in the context of their suspected involvement in an alleged incident of sexual assault, Rule 12(b)(6) dismissal of plaintiffs' claims is affirmed as plaintiffs' allegations did not support a tort claim for either invasion of privacy or intentional infliction of emotional distress.
