In an action alleging defendant-hospital's entry into an exclusive contract with another radiologist services provider deprived plaintiff of his clinical privileges in violation of Wyoming law, 42 U.S.C. section 1983, and the hospital's bylaws, summary judgment for defendant is affirmed as: 1) plaintiff was not deprived of a protected property interest for purposes of his due process claim under section 1983; 2) plaintiff's privileges were not "reduced, revoked, or suspended" within the meaning of the bylaws; and 3) state law was not violated by the hospital's entry into an exclusive contract with another provider.
