US v. Rockwell Int'l Corp., 99-1351, 99-1352, 99-1353

On remand from the Supreme Court, which reversed the portion of the circuit court's prior judgment for plaintiff, judgment in favor of the U.S. is affirmed and the matter remanded for the reasons stated in the circuit court's prior panel opinion, US v. Rockwell Int'l Corp., 282 F.3d 787 (10th Cir. 2002).
