United States Tenth Circuit
Timmerman v. US Bank, N.A., 06-1185
In an action brought by an individual terminated from her position as a branch manager at U.S. Bank setting forth federal claims of sex and age discrimination, summary judgment for the bank on the federal claims is affirmed over claims that the district court: 1) abused its discretion in limiting the length of the parties' summary judgment briefs to twenty pages; 2) erred in granting summary judgment on sex and age discrimination claims as she set forth sufficient evidence to show that the bank's asserted legitimate reason for her termination was pretextual; 3) erred in granting summary judgment to the bank on Title VII and ADEA retaliation claims; and 4) erred in granting summary judgment to the bank on 42 U.S.C. section 1985(2) claims.
