US v. Novosel, 06-3251

In an appeal of a conviction for drug- and firearm-related offenses, the government's motion to enforce an appeal waiver pursuant to defendant's plea agreement is granted and the appeal dismissed as his waiver was valid and enforceable, he knowingly and voluntarily agreed to it, and the issues he raised on appeal were within its scope.
