In bankruptcy proceedings which arose after defendant-lienholder instituted a state court replevin action to recover possession of a truck it had financed for plaintiff, denial of plaintiff's motion for an order of contempt as to defendant is affirmed where the creditor did not violate an automatic stay when it repossessed its collateral, the truck.
